You can change the language in the app settings. Go to Settings → Language and select your preferred language from the available options.
Make sure you have an active subscription. If your subscription is active but you still can't see the content, try logging out and logging back in, or restart the app.
You can update your email address in the app settings under Personal → Personal Data. Make sure to use the same email address you used for your subscription.
