What is a trial period?
Once you download the app, you have 5 days to try it out. During this trial period, all features are available and you can decide whether to subscribe to the app.
How long the subscription period?
The duration of the subscription is 3 months, 6 months, 1 year from the date of purchase. Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the selected period.
How much do the subscription packages cost?
3 month subscription:
EUR 9.99 + VAT or equivalent local currency
6 month subscription:
EUR 15.99 + VAT or equivalent local currency
1 year subscription:
EUR 23.99 + VAT or equivalent local currency
If I want to switch packages, I want to change the current 3-month subscription to an annual subscription, what should I do?
The package change must be initiated before the expiration date in the application under the Subscriptions menu item. All you have to do is select the package you want, then click on subscription at the bottom. It will remain in the old package until the end of the expiration period, but the subscription will be renewed with the new package.
What if I cancel my subscription?
Nothing fundamental happens. If you have already paid, the application is available until the end of the selected period. If you haven’t paid yet, you can do so at any time by clicking on the Subscription package.
When can I cancel my subscription?
Basically, anytime before the end of the selected period. Google/Apple automatically renews the subscription, but notifies you beforehand by email.
Where can I cancel my subscription?
If you want to cancel your subscription, you can cancel it on your Google/Apple account under the Subscriptions menu item before the deadline. The subscription is automatically renewed on the due date, but a few days before that, Google/Apple will send you an email that your account will be charged for the next period. You then have the option to cancel or modify the subscription. If you cancel afterwards, nothing happens, because Google/Apple has already deducted the fee for the next period, so your subscription will last until the end of the expiration period.
Cancel a subscription on your iPhone
– Open the Settings app
– Tap your name
– Tap Subscriptions
– Tap the subscription
– Tap “Cancel Subscription”
You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.
Cancel a subscription on the Google Play Store (Android device)
– Open the Google Play Store app.
– Tap your profile icon in the top bar. If you have more than one Google Play account, you can switch between accounts on the next screen.
– Tap “Payments & Subscriptions”.
– Select “Subscriptions” to see a list of your current subscriptions.
– Select the one you want to cancel to open the subscription management screen.
– Tap “Cancel Subscription”.
– A window will appear asking why you are canceling. Choose a reason or decline the response, tap Continue, and confirm your cancellation.
What languages are available?

What happens if I cannot enter the code received in the SMS?
If you do not receive the code or if you close the application in the meantime, the system will send the SMS code again the next time you start it. Wait at least 2 minutes to request a new code.
What if I wrote my phone number wrong?
In this case, you will not be able to complete the registration process and enter the application.
You have two options, start the registration again with a different e-mail address and the correct phone number, or you can request that your phone number be corrected in the system in the support menu.
It is important that within 5 days from the start of registration, you can request the change in the support menu by filling out the form accurately!
