TopOils is a comprehensive mobile application designed to help you discover and use essential oils effectively. With over 5500 essential oil recommendations, it's your go-to resource for natural wellness solutions.

How many essential oils are included in the app?

TopOils features over 5500 essential oil recommendations, carefully bem-estarted to address a wide range of symptoms and wellness challenges. The database includes detailed descriptions, therapeutic properties, and safety information for each oil.

What's the difference between the free and premium versions?

The free version allows you to explore 5 essential oils and 5 blend recipes per category. Premium content is grayed out and requires a subscription to access. The premium version provides full access to all 5500+ recommendations, offline access, and advanced features.

What languages are available?

All content is available in Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian. The app offers content in 27 different languages to meet your needs.

Can I use the app offline?

No, the TopOils application requires an internet connection to function. All content is accessed online to ensure you have the most up-to-date information and recommendations.

Are essential oils safe to use?

TopOils prioritizes your safety by providing comprehensive information on essential oils, including their properties, benefits, and safe usage guidelines. Always read the warnings and use essential oils responsibly.

How much do the subscription packages cost?

3 month subscription:
EUR 9.99 + VAT or equivalent local currency

6 month subscription:
EUR 15.99 + VAT or equivalent local currency

1 year subscription:
EUR 23.99 + VAT or equivalent local currency

How long is the subscription period?

The duration of the subscription is 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year from the date of purchase. Subscriptions are automatically renewed according to the selected period.

If I want to switch packages, what should I do?

The package change must be initiated before the expiration date in the application under the Subscriptions menu item. All you have to do is select the package you want, then click on subscription at the bottom. It will remain in the old package until the end of the expiration period, but the subscription will be renewed with the new package.

How do I cancel my subscription?

⚠️ Important: You cannot cancel your subscription from within the TopOils app. You must cancel it through your phone's settings or app store account.

You can cancel your subscription anytime before the end of the selected period. Google/Apple automatically renews the subscription, but notifies you beforehand by email.

Cancel on iPhone:
  • ⚙️ Open the Phone Settings app
  • 👤 Tap your name
  • 💳 Tap Subscriptions
  • 📱 Tap the TopOils subscription
  • ❌ Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Cancel on Android (Google Play):
  • 🏪 Open the Google Play Store app
  • 👤 Tap your profile icon in the top bar
  • 💳 Tap "Payments & Subscriptions"
  • 📋 Select "Subscriptions"
  • 📱 Select the TopOils subscription
  • ❌ Tap "Cancel Subscription"

When can I cancel my subscription?

Basically, anytime before the end of the selected period. Google/Apple automatically renews the subscription, but notifies you beforehand by email.

Where can I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription, you can cancel it on your Google/Apple account under the Subscriptions menu item before the deadline. The subscription is automatically renewed on the due date, but a few days before that, Google/Apple will send you an email that your account will be charged for the next period. You then have the option to cancel or modify the subscription. If you cancel afterwards, nothing happens, because Google/Apple has already deducted the fee for the next period, so your subscription will last until the end of the expiration period.

What if I cancel my subscription?

Nothing fundamental happens. If you have already paid, the application is available until the end of the selected period. If you haven't paid yet, you can do so at any time by clicking on the Subscription package.
